A uniformed Bali Concierge Service Agent will greet you on your way from your airplane to the immigration hall. While you enjoy a welcome drink and some finger food in the air-conditioned VIP Lounge avoiding the long queues at the “Visa on Arrival” and Immigration counters, the Concierge will take care of your visa processing, arrange your luggage retrieval, help with your customs clearance and then escort you to your waiting car.
The Price of US$35 per person includes:
• Gate-side Greeting by Guest Service Agent with Signboard
• VIP “Visa on Arrival” Processing
• VIP Immigration Clearance
• Customs Clearance Assistance
Please note that the “Visa on Arrival” Fee of US$25 per person (including babies) for stays of up to 30 days is NOT included in the above price and has to be handed over to the Guest Service Agent in cash after the greeting
